How To Find Launch Hazard Area Maps

Maps of controlled areas when there is a rocket launch from the Eastern Range are available and easily found if one knows where to look.

Start here: Space Operations Launch and Recovery (SOLAR) Chart

Maintained by the US Coast Guard, this will give you the official charts.

Choose your launch from the layers.

Zoom in as you like, but be slow and gradual. The map’s code doesn’t seem to like sudden zooms.

Adjust layers as you like.
